Mr Mitsuru Komiyama is currently the managing partner of Komiyama & Co., CPAs.
He has a wealth of public and business accounting experience, having worked at KPMG for over ten years and for mid-sized businesses in both Tokyo and the USA for more than 30 years.
Mr Komiyama is a specialist advisor to foreign companies established in Japan. An expert in international financial reporting standards, he was a founding member of Japan’s IFRS Committee for SMEs.
He is active in the international accounting community and is the current Chair of CPA Associates International, Asia Pacific. (He’s also an Aikido black belt!)
